    Anyone who makes bookings on behalf of their companies for hotels and conferences can join Taj Advantage Plus.
  • How do I benefit from being a Taj Advantage Plus member?
    A Taj Advantage Plus member gets awarded with Taj Advantage Plus points for materialised bookings at participating hotels of the Taj. These points can later be redeemed for Taj Holidays or Gift and Dining vouchers. A member also enjoys many privileges when staying at a Taj property.

Earn and Redeem Points

  • How can I earn Bonus Taj Advantage Plus points?
    From time to time the Taj announces special promotions, which allow members to earn Bonus Taj Advantage Plus points. The monthly Points Statement will carry information on ongoing promotions.
  • How can I check my Taj Advantage Plus points balance?
    A monthly Points Statement will reach you with a detailed summary of your balance. You can also log on online to view your account details.
  • What do I do if my Points Statement is inaccurate?
    If you feel there is a discrepancy in your Points Statement, please contact your Taj Advantage Plus manager within 30 days of receiving the Statement.
  • What do I do if my Points Statement does not reach me on any month?
    Please contact your Taj Advantage Plus manager.
  • How can I redeem my points?
    Browse through our Rewards Catalogue and select the award of your choice. Then simply place your request online or post it to us. Please find details of the process here.
